In 2008 Scientific Data Systems, Inc. will continue to provide Technical Support as a courtesy to our customers.  Nevertheless, we will begin to observe main holidays in consideration to our customer support staff.  Please read below or refer to the calendar posted on this webpage to see the days Technical Support won’t be available. 

Technical Support will stop at 5:00 pm on the day before the actual holiday weekend starts, and will resume at 8:00 am on the next working day.

Easter:  Tech. Support will stop on Thu., Mar. 20 at 5:00 pm and will resume on Mon., Mar.24 at 8:00am
Memorial Day:  Tech Support will stop on Fri., May 23 at 5:00 pm and will resume on Tue., May 27 at 8:00 am
4th of July:  Tech Support will stop on Thu., Jul. 3 at 5:00 pm and will resume on Mon., Jul. 7 at 8:00 am
Labor Day:Tech Support will stop on  Fri., Aug. 29 at 5:00 am and will resume on Tue., Sept. 2 at 8:00 am
Thanksgiving: Tech Support will stop on Wed., Nov. 26 at 5:00 pm and will resume on Mon., Dec. 1 at 8:00 am
Christmas Holidays:  Tech Support will stop on Fri., Dec. 19 at 5:00 pm and will resume on Mon., Dec. 29 at 8:00 am
