The CYSTD or USB44 Board did not get initialized properly. First, turn the Interface (or upgrade) panel off for a few seconds and then turn it back on. Wait a few more seconds for windows to initialize the USB boards. Then try restarting the service.
If that doesn’t work, try shutting the panel off and unplugging the USB cable from both the computer and the panel. Check that the cable is not damaged. Plug it back in and turn on the panel. Wait a few seconds, try the service again.
If you still get the same message, you will need to go into Windows Device Manager and see if there are unrecognized or unknown devices that need to have drivers reinstalled.

If the Warrior Printing error message to try other USB ports has
come up, you need to click on they [Yes] button.
If you don’t get a print after this, go to Window Printers
and Faxes and check the status of the Windows printer (you must have
a Windows printer properly installed and be able to print a Windows
test page.) Make sure that the plotter is ready and that no
documents are pending.
Go to Warrior Control Panel and click on the [Printer Setup] button. After selecting the printer in the drop down list under warrior Printer name, make sure that your Windows printer is selected in the drop down list for Name of this printer as seen by Windows printing.
When you start to print a hardcopy, before clicking the [Print]
button, click on the [Calibrate] button.

The Required
Distance needs to have how long and interval you want the print to
be measured over (5”/100’, 10”/200”, 15”/300’, etc.) The longer a
distance you choose, the more the error will be to be able to
calibrate the plot calibration. The measured distance is what you
measure with a ruler over the interval. For example, you might
measure 10 1/8” over 200 foot of plot. You would need to enter
10.125 as the measured distance and 10 as the required distance.
Once the values are entered, click on the calibrate button. You will
be shown a new calibration. This value should be somewhat close to
1.0 (.88 to 1.2). If it is not, click on the [Undo Calibration]
button. This will set the plotter calibration back to 1.0. You will
then need to run another test print to get a new measured distance
value.
